So men rarely complain and they would finish any pending task of the woman to avoid talks from superiors  When a female complains about another female, male superiors will have to find a solution without placing the blame on anyone even if he tries to advise the oldest employee to be the bigger person- he knows he has to get to a 50-50 conclusion.  Now imagine a female reporting to a female superior.   In today's world, we get information from friends, family, and strangers online. We are drowning in information but this doesn't mean we are informed. Getting all the wrong information isn't knowledge. Knowledge is FACT.  You will often hear people say ``I'm entitled to my opinion or "this is my opinion during an argument even though they may not have even thought of the issue until that moment and in the place of an argument people hardly learn. All they want to do is make the other person believe in what they believe in So long as you ask for people's opinions, you will always get an answer.
